("Tally," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

The Site and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Tallytech, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Tally's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
4. User Submissions
